Shipping Policy
At TransferDash, we are dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and transparent production and delivery services. This Shipping Policy outlines our manufacturing timelines, shipping procedures, delivery expectations, and the explicit responsibilities of the customer regarding shipping information.
By placing an order with TransferDash, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Production vs. Transit Time
To ensure clear expectations, please note that Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.
- • Production Time: This refers strictly to the time required to manufacture, quality-check, and package your custom custom products. It does not include the time the package spends in transit.
- • Fulfillment Location: All orders are custom-manufactured and dispatched from our primary facility in Dallas, Texas, USA.
2. Production & Processing Timelines
Order Processing Hours
Orders are reviewed and processed during our standard business hours: Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders submitted outside of these hours, or on weekends, will begin processing on the next available business day.
Standard Production Turnaround
- • Most standard orders are produced and ready to ship within 1–2 business days following successful payment processing and final technical approval of your artwork.
- • Variable Factors: Production times are estimates and may fluctuate based on current order volume, product specifications, artwork complexity, seasonal peak demands, and federal holidays.
- • Capacity Adjustments: TransferDash reserves the right to dynamically adjust estimated production timelines during periods of exceptionally high demand without prior notice.
3. Shipping Methods, Rates, & Promotions
Authorized Carriers
We partner with premier global and domestic logistics providers to ensure secure transit, including:
- • United Parcel Service (UPS)
- • FedEx (FedEx)
- • United States Postal Service (USPS)
- • DHL Express (for select international shipments)
Shipping Rate Calculation
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at the time of checkout and are determined by the delivery destination, total package weight, box dimensions, and the specific shipping method selected by the customer. All applicable shipping fees will be transparently displayed prior to final order payment. TransferDash reserves the right to modify baseline shipping rates at any time.
Free Shipping Promotions
When free shipping promotions are active, they apply only to qualifying order values, specific product categories, or designated geographic regions. Free shipping offers are restricted to standard/ground delivery methods; additional surcharges will still apply should you opt for expedited or overnight shipping services.
4. Domestic Delivery Expectations (United States)
- • Estimated Transit Window: Once production is finalized, standard domestic shipments within the continental United States are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the chosen carrier service tier.
- • No Delivery Guarantees: All transit windows provided at checkout are good-faith estimates supplied directly by the carriers. TransferDash cannot legally guarantee exact delivery dates, as carrier operational performance, severe weather anomalies, and peak holiday volume may impact real-time transit schedules.
5. International Shipping & Customs Compliance
TransferDash offers international shipping to select global destinations.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES DISCLAIMER: All international shipments are subject to local import duties, customs taxes, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), and carrier brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the product prices or shipping rates paid to TransferDash.
TransferDash has no operational control over, and assumes no financial liability for, delivery delays resulting from customs inspections, regulatory clearances, or international import hold-ups.
6. Order Tracking & Status Updates
- • Tracking Dispatch: Upon shipment handoff to the carrier, an automated notification containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- • Activation Delay: Please allow 24 to 48 hours from receipt of the shipping email for the carrier's system to scan the package and update live tracking data.
- • Customers are advised to monitor their shipments directly via the carrier's portal to ensure secure receipt.
7. Customer Responsibilities: Address Accuracy & Modifications
Absolute Address Accuracy
The customer bears sole legal and financial responsibility for providing precise, complete, and verifiable shipping information at checkout. This includes validating the recipient's full name, street address, apartment/suite numbers, city, state/province, postal code, and country.
- • TransferDash disclaims all liability for failed deliveries, package losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.
- • Reshipment Costs: If a package must be remanufactured or reshipped due to a customer address error, the customer will be billed for all subsequent shipping and processing fees.
Intercepts & Address Changes
- • Pre-Production Requests: If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact customer support immediately. We will make every effort to update it, but we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has entered production.
- • Post-Dispatch Fees: If a package has already left our facility, any package intercept or address correction requests will be subject to the strict administrative fees levied by the respective carrier, which will be billed directly to the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
While we prioritize secure transit, logistics anomalies can occur. TransferDash handles these rare events based on the following protocols:
Carrier-Induced Delays
TransferDash is not liable for transit delays caused by factors outside our direct operational control, including carrier sorting backlogs, extreme weather events, labor strikes, customs clearances, or local natural disasters.
Lost Packages
If a package shows no tracking movement for an extended period, please contact our support team. We will immediately lodge a formal trace investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Replacement or reimbursement determinations for officially deemed "lost" packages will be comprehensively evaluated on a case-by-case basis upon completion of the carrier's investigation.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives physically compromised or the contents are damaged, you must comply with the following claims process:
- • Document Evidence: Immediately take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged external packaging, interior protection materials, and the damaged products.
- • File Timeframe: Submit these photos along with your order number to our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery. Failure to submit a claim within this 7-day window constitutes final acceptance of the goods, and claims submitted past this deadline will be automatically denied.
Stolen Packages & Secure Delivery
TransferDash is not responsible for the theft or loss of packages after the carrier's tracking system formally marks the shipment as "Delivered." Customers are strongly encouraged to provide highly secure drop-off locations or utilize carrier hold-for-pickup options if package theft is a concern in their residential or commercial area.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is explicitly refused by the recipient at the time of delivery, or returned to our facility by the carrier marked as "Undeliverable" due to unresolved address issues, the following rules apply:
- • The original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are completely non-refundable.
- • The customer must pay a new shipping fee before TransferDash will authorize the carrier to reship the package.
10. Force Majeure
TransferDash shall be legally exempt from liability for any failures or delays in shipping performance resulting from events categorized as Force Majeure. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, severe weather events, government mandates, trade embargoes, labor strikes, widespread supply chain failures, international transport interruptions, or public health emergencies.
