How to Place an Order
1. How Do I Place an Order with TransferDash?
Ordering DTF transfers from TransferDash is simple. Choose the ordering method that works best for your artwork, upload your files, review the details, and complete checkout.
Follow these steps:
- 1. Choose Your Ordering MethodSelect Build a Gang Sheet, Upload a Gang Sheet, or another available DTF transfer option.
- 2. Select Your SizeChoose the appropriate transfer or gang sheet dimensions for your project.
- 3. Upload Your ArtworkUpload your individual designs or completed gang sheet, depending on the ordering method selected.
- 4. Set Your QuantityEnter the number of transfers or gang sheets you would like to order.
- 5. Review Your ArtworkDouble-check the artwork, dimensions, orientation, placement, and quantity before continuing.
- 6. Add to CartOnce everything looks correct, add your order to your cart.
- 7. Complete CheckoutReview your order and shipping information, select your available shipping option, and complete payment.
Once your order is successfully submitted, it will move into our production workflow.
2. Do You Review My Artwork Before Printing?
TransferDash produces orders based on the artwork and specifications submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their files before completing an order, including:
- • Artwork quality
- • Resolution
- • Dimensions
- • Spelling and text
- • Design placement
- • Background transparency
- • Quantity
- • Gang sheet layout
Unless otherwise stated, TransferDash does not edit, correct, resize, or proof customer artwork before production.
3. Can I Change My Order After It Has Been Submitted?
Because orders may enter production shortly after submission, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Please carefully review your artwork, product specifications, quantity, and shipping information before completing checkout.
If you notice an issue after submitting your order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
